His full name is Phillip Norman Schofield (I kid you not, and he's never forgiven his parents, apart from the obvious reason, say his initials 'PNS' really quickly) he's a Managing Director of thepmfactory and one of the founding fathers. He's been working in this crazy world of celebrity booking for 15 years... which explains his hair loss :- (

Hey, I'm Charlotte! My main passions in life are music, yoga and good food. I could probably survive on halloumi (don't judge!). I've recently joined The PM Factory and love working on such a wide variation of events. You'll find me making sure everyone is topped up with champagne and having a great time!

Hi i'm Grant, I like music, and lot’s of it. I have worked as a celebrity booker for over 10 years, my favourite event in recent times was with Pitchfork Radio and Starwood Hotels working on booking the best in music talent to attend a super cool event at King’s Cross Great Northwestern hotel. I specialise in social media campaigns and getting the right talent to the right event :-)
